Shipping Policy.
Domestic Orders (within USA): Shipped USPS media mail. Allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive within the US. International orders may take an additional 3 weeks. Terra Hemp hours are variable. We make every attempt to fill orders as soon as they are received in our office. However, our store is small, and this means our service levels cannot always match those achieved by large online retailers. We do not offer overnight shipping online. Please call us at 1-800-785-3905 if you wish to have your order shipped by another option.
Return Policy.
TerraHemp will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for exchange, full refund, or store credit in the amount of the purchase, on all merchandise purchased over the internet, or from our retail stores. As always, we fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for store credit, full refund, or exchange. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. A merchandise gift card is offered for items returned without proof of purchase.
Credit is issued once the merchandise is received along with proof of purchase. You will then be notified about the credit through phone or email.
For your convenience, Internet purchases may be returned to a TerraHemp retail store for immediate credit. We will also honor price adjustments within 14 days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date, when accompanied by the original retail receipt or mail order packing slip.

You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
